DigiFun x Yaping Chen ‘Earth’ Gown Launching Party

DigiFun collaborated with Chinese female designer Chen Yaping on an earth-themed dress from the Chinese “Five Elements” collection, which we launched at the DigiFun building (16,-66) with DJ ymx. Also, lucky audience members who came to participate won giveaways and POAPs!
Design Inspiration
Clothing is the expression of human emotions. In designer Chen Yaping’s view, clothing, as the second skin of the human body, can also be used as a carrier of emotions, and people’s happiness, anger, sadness and preference will be revealed through clothing. Therefore, she believes that each piece of clothing is a unique life form.
The ancients categorized everything in the universe into five elements, namely earth, metal, water, wood and fire, and the human body is also composed of a small universe. Among them, the five organs of the human body are the five elements, corresponding to the five elements, namely, the spleen is earth, lung is gold, kidney is water, liver is wood, and heart is fire, and these inner life activities, which are reflected in the human emotions, are the five wills of thought, grief, fear, anger and joy, which are reflected by the five elements and the interrelationship between things together constitute the digital ritual fashion.
The life form corresponding to the emotion “thought” is metal.
